Our Pet Policy

Dogs and Cats Allowed

Restrictions: Pets are limited by breed. There is a limit of two pets per apartment. A pet fee of a minimum of $300 per pet is due upon move in or when getting a pet. There is a monthly pet rent of $25. These requirements do not apply to service/assistive animals.

Qualifying Rental Criteria

Touring: Government issued I.D is required to tour.

Income: Income verification is required during the application process.

Credit/Criminal: Unsatisfactory credit may require additional deposit & criminal background checks are required.

Admin Fee - $200

Application Fee - $75

Pet Fee - $300

Recurring Expenses

Storage Fee - $35
